Aerospace

I have always been interested in the aerospace industry, weather its rockets, planes, drones, etc. but only over the last year have I began to work on my own projects related to this field. While these projects are simple at the moment, I have big plans going forward.

TALOS

TALOS is my second model rocket build, it is also a kit build, but I used the opportunity to learn about epoxy in the construction of model rockets. It has flown on the AeroTech 29/20-120 RMS motor loaded with an F52 reload once so far.

Talon-5

Talon-5 is a fairly standard 5in FPV drone build, it uses a SpeedyBee F407 controller and 60A ESC combo, 2207 1850KV motors and 6s batteries. The base and arms of the frame are a custom compression molded carbon fiber (CF) part while the top plate is cut from a CF plate.

MFR1

This is the first model rocket I made. It's a kit build that was intended as a learning experience to get to know how model rockets are built and flown. It uses an E class engine and has flown 3 times.

Sentinel

Sentinel is my first attempt to make and fly custom electronics on a model rocket. The board has no control over flight and its sole purpose is to collect data from each flight. It is still under development and I am planning to launch it on TALOS early next year.
